ORDER POLICIY STATEMENT AND OTHER INFORMATION
 

At Xiu Xian Tea, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible. From taking your order efficiently and securely to making sure you are completely satisfied with your product.  We want our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase, this is our greatest asset.


Ordering

  • We currently offer 2 methods of ordering.
  • Online:  Placing your order through our online shopping cart is safe and secure, we garuantee it.
  • Phone:  We are more than happy to take any type of order by phone.  Simply contact us any time during our business hours;  Mon-Sat 10a-7p  PST.   Toll Free:  1-800-304-1845

Payment Options

  • We currently only accept Visa & Mastercard.  We can accept Check or Money Order, but they will need to clear through our bank account prior to shipping your order.

Sales Tax

  • Tea falls under a food catagory so there is no sales tax on any of our Tea products.  All our other products, tea-accessories etc...  will be subject to your current zipcode sales tax for Washington state customers only.

Shipping

  • We ship all orders within 1-2 business days.  Our standard method of shipping is USPS 2nd day priority mail.  If you prefer FedEX or UPS, please specify your sprecial shipping requirements when  you place your order.  Costs will fluctuate depending on the method of shipping and time frame.
  • Special orders such as large tea-plates or very heavy products will be calculated manually and then emailed to you once the weight and packaging has been determined.
  • International Shipping outside of the US will also require us to determine the costs after your order has been placed.


Return Policy

  • Xiu Xian Tea is committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure that you get the highest possible quality of service and product.  If you are not pleased for any reason and wish to return your product please contact us immediatly and provide us your contact and order information. 
  • We will only accept returns on any product that has not been damaged. 
  • Your original receipt or copy of is required for all returns.
  • We cannot accept returns of tea that has been opened.
  • Be sure to package the product carefully and securely and return to:

  • Your money will be refunded via Check from Xiu Xian Tea once we have received your product, un-damaged.
