Tea, becoming more popular?
The notion that Tea is becomming more popular should be irrelevant. Instead, we should be
aware of and taking advantage of the many wonderous and countless benefits that can be
derived from the simplicity of drinking a cup of Tea.
Water, essential to humans, combined with the powerful antioxidants and nutrients from Tea
provide us with one of the most beneficial, natural drinks on the planet.
Keeping in mind that I am specifically referring to Tea from the Camellia Sinensis plant.
This plant contains Catechins, theanine, caffeine, theobromine, theophylline & fluoride.
Tea may also contain very small traces of carbohydrates, fat, & protein. In general,
people that maintian a healthy Tea drinking life style are thin and more immune to disease.
Whether we're in bad or good economic times should also be irrelevant in making
the simple decision to remain healthy by spending $5.00 on several weeks worth
of Tea rather than $5.00 on a cup of Coffee or a few cans of Cola.
These drinks while
declicious to most of us, will almost certainly eventually lead to some sort of health problem
with many people. To this day, I have not heard nor read of anyone having health
problems from drinking Tea.
I'm listening if anyone has evidence of Drinking Tea is harmful to the Human Body.
I'm not out to bash the large Coffee & Cola market of the world. I do agree that Coffee
does have some noted benefits for some people under certain conditions.
I also know that here in the States we do love flavor and most likely always will.
So please continue to enjoy your Coffee if that's your drink of choice.
I am just one who has chosen to drink mostly base teas, White, Green, Wu-long & Black Tea
specifically. I periodically add some flavor in my Black tea drinks. However
keeping concious of how much and how often is essential for me personally. I just prefer
to have a pure form of beverage in my body, less toxins is good.
I can speak with 100% confidence that I feel much better when drinking Tea than
I feel if I drink a cup of Coffee or any other sugar laden drink.
Yes!, Tea has become much more popular for me, people around me
and thousands of our customers.
But who am I to say that Tea has become more
popular, knowing that it has been consumed for thousands of years... ?
We can all come to our own conclusion about Tea, it's benefits, how to
best prepare and consume it, but we simply cannot deny it's amazing health benefits.
Listen to your body, it will certainly let you know what's healthy and what's not.
To me, it's not important if it's become more popular. It's just simply simple
to sit and have a cup of tea in a state of tranquil serenity.
Tea Facts...
White & Green Tea contain the most antioxidants, where as Black Tea contains fewer due to
the oxidation process. Wu-long Tea would fall somewhere in between the two.
I would like to share a known fact regarding an experiment I did recently. White Tea
vs. an expensive water purification system. The purified water from the system no doubt
tasted absolutely fresh, pure and clean. However, I filtered some water from a $40 water filter
purchased at Home Depot. The filtered water by itself was showing traces from the test kit
that it was not 100% purified. So I tossed in some white tea leaves, let it sit for a few mintues,
did the test again and the results were astounding. The test showed the water as being
100% purified... something for us all to ponder. Perhaps some scientists would like to
step up to the plate and explain this phenomenon?

many more days and nights of Tea Tastings in Kent or Bellevue.
