BUBBLE TEA! - We recently added our own version of Bubble Tea to our menu.
Bubble tea is certainly popular among the younger generation of today. Most Bubble tea shops serve Bubble tea commonly containing large amounts of sugar. Xiu Xian Tea has created it's own version of Bubble tea. We offer a much more healthier version containing a lot less sugar. In addition we use real tea in ours which provides an interesting blended flavor. All our customers who have tried it have said our Bubble tea is delicious!

While many Americans prefer a sweeter flavored drink, In China the average citizen prefers a very small amount of sugar, if any. During my current visit to China, I sampled Bubble tea at various restaurants and found their main ingredients is tea, milk, a small amount of sugar and of course the tapioca bubbles.

Most of us Americans like it sweet, but I'm sure you will agree that a large cup of surgar is far from being healthy!... You may want to do some reading up on Diabetes
