Operate cash register and credit card machine, answer phone, keep store clean, pack tea by type and weight, print and label products, operate computer and printer. Opening and/or closing of store. QUALIFICATIONS: ( Training provided ) Must have a natural and friendly sales ability. Must be proficient in operating Windows, Microsoft Excel and Word. Must have great customer relation skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible, adaptable and able to work weekends and nights. Knowledge of Chinese Tea & knowledge of Chinese culture is beneficial. EDUCATION: Must have High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred. Our store is very unique and provides customers with an atmosphere and customer service experience that is hard to find.
