Xiu Xian Tea - Pronounced "Shu She-in Tea"
specializes in traditional Chinese loose leaf tea. Xiu Xian - Means to be very relaxed,
just like the Buddha. The store celebrated it's Grand Opening September 17th, 2005. Our
store is the real thing when it comes to authentic, traditional Chinese tea and the way
to prepare, serve and drink it. Customer service is our top priority in keeping with the
tradition of educating and serving customers.
Employees will enjoy lot's of fun and relaxed conversation with our customers and the

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Worker will serve tea samples to customers & educate them about tea. Keep items on
floor stocked. Operate cash register and credit card machine, answer phone, keep
store clean, pack tea by type and weight, print and label products, operate computer
and printer. Opening and/or closing of store.
QUALIFICATIONS: ( Training provided )
Must have a natural and friendly sales ability.
Must be familiar with operating Windows, Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must have great customer relation skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be flexible, adaptable and able to work weekends and nights.
Knowledge of Chinese Tea & knowledge of Chinese culture is beneficial.
EDUCATION:
Must have High school diploma, equivalent or working toward graduation with obvious passing grades.
