Our trip to China, May 2007 proved to be very fascinating!
We spent much time
traveling to remote area's in Fujian province where our oolong tea supplier owns a
tea plantation high in the back mountains, outside of Anxi.
The entire process of making oolong tea from beginning to end is fairly simple but
